Refund Policy

  • However, PELZHUB Telecommunication may issue a refund in certain circumstances, such as if there is a technical error or if you are not satisfied with the service.

 

  • There is an automatic refund for unsuccessful transactions while using its service.

 

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to PELZHUB Telecommunication within 7 days of the purchase date.

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
